Requests about your data

You can see, copy, correct and delete your data yourself in the app, and ask us for anything else. The Privacy Policy explains your rights.

Get a copy of your data

Go to Settings → Account → Download My Data. You get a JSON file with:

• your profile: name, e-mail address, bio, photo address, interests and language;
• the list of your Folios (title, topic, status and date);
• your Sorush conversations;
• your Mindscape insights, preferences and answers.

The file does not include your Folio content, drafts, notes, comments, messages, follows, bookmarks or Galaxies. For a copy of any of these, write to us (below).

Correct your data

• Edit your name, photo and bio in Settings → Profile → Edit Profile.
• Confirm or reject what your Mindscape says about you, at any time.

Delete your data

• Your whole account: Delete your URYVA account.
• Your Mindscape or your Sorush history: Settings → Privacy Policy → Mindscape Controls (Reset My Mindscape, Clear Sorush History).
• Voice recordings: Settings → Privacy Policy → Voice Controls.
• Notes and comments: delete them where they are.
• A message: deleting it for everyone hides it from everyone in the conversation. The text currently stays in our database; to have it removed, write to us.

Turn AI processing off

Go to Settings → Privacy Policy → AI & Data. How URYVA uses AI explains what the setting covers today.

Ask us by e-mail

Write to privacy@uryva.com from the e-mail address of your account, and say what you want: a copy, a correction, a deletion, or that you object to or want to restrict how we use your data. We may need to confirm that the account is yours. We reply within one month.

You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the one where you live or work.
